So I’ve been trying to get things figured out with my unit. I currently have a situation going on with my old unit ..trying to move into a new unit and I’ve talked to three or four different people..( I believe two of them kept hanging up on me which was really irritating ).. another guy told me some wrong information..I finally talked to Constance ..(not sure where she’s at ) but at the time.. I wanted to talk to a manager and she helped me with my call ..she was an amazing person.. she explained everything.. she help me get everything worked out to where I can get all my ducks in a row.. This was the day I was upset after opening my door to my storage unit, I talked to an officer and found out that they have had multiple break ins, So I recant the original review. The storage manager did get a hold of me and calmed me down, and had me understand it was not an inside job. I do wish they would install cameras to protect belongings and units, and hopefully catch these thieves. Worst place ever, I finally got all of my belongings out of the storage unit at KO Storage at Pawnee and Oliver. I struggled to keep that storage knowing what I had in there. I go to get everything and I found out after opening it that after they cut my lock, they stole (inside job cause 1. You have to have a code to get into the gate, 2 my lock was cut off by manager/s) sentimental belongings from family members who are no linger with us are gone. My daughters belongings from grandparents who are no longer with us all gone. I hate this place. I am heart broken, my daughter is heartbroken. I hate thieves. ? If I could 0 stars from us.

Rose was more than helpful with this process and very knowledgeable and kind.

She was so very helpful and so pleasant her name was Brittany she was so helpful in every way she spent the time that it took for me to get my stuff taken care of and explain things to me I didn’t understand I was so frustrated with my payment and she was amazing if everybody could have an employee like her their business would probably do better she deserves probably 10 raises LOL but anyway she was amazing thank you Brittany you were the highlight of my day you turned a very irritating situation into something I understood and we actually took care of it I didn’t have to do it on my own thank you so much

**UPDATE!!!** Move was smooth, unit was clean. Sofia was one the fastest responders, she put me at ease.

Mabil is very good at her job, pleasant informative walked me through the process.

I have not started using their service yet. I like their prices so far. Update** the unit was a lot bigger than expected and very very clean. Great job KO.

Nice, quiet, clean place. No trash lying around everywhere. I just booked it all online . It was very easy to do. They email you everything you need to know! I never had to go in the office once! But before i chose this storage place I did go up there because i wanted to see it in person first. The lady I think Dana was her name?(sorry if wrong) she was the nicest lady and explained how everything worked. She also took me around to show me a few different sizes and what they look like! Thank u so mucb for making this decision a lot easier 🙂

She is the best customer service rep I have ever encountered in the storage business.
