This was the day I was upset after opening my door to my storage unit, I talked to an officer and found out that they have had multiple break ins, So I recant the original review. The storage manager did get a hold of me and calmed me down, and had me understand it was not an inside job. I do wish they would install cameras to protect belongings and units, and hopefully catch these thieves. Worst place ever, I finally got all of my belongings out of the storage unit at KO Storage at Pawnee and Oliver. I struggled to keep that storage knowing what I had in there. I go to get everything and I found out after opening it that after they cut my lock, they stole (inside job cause 1. You have to have a code to get into the gate, 2 my lock was cut off by manager/s) sentimental belongings from family members who are no linger with us are gone. My daughters belongings from grandparents who are no longer with us all gone. I hate this place. I am heart broken, my daughter is heartbroken. I hate thieves. ? If I could 0 stars from us.
