I met the new facility manager Steve and had a great talk with him. So far I am very happy with the new company taking over the storage units. Steve was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was willing to help with what we needed. Helped me get my online account setup. Looking forward to chatting with him more. He was telling me about what he wants to do/fix at the facility. Previous owners were good, but didn’t seem to do the upkeep as much. Seems like KO Storage wants to move this facility in the right direction. They are planning on improving the roads inside the facility. Can’t wait to see what they have planned. Again, thank you Steve for helping my daughter and myself out the other day.
