Great and seamless experience so far. The lot is paved, the buildings seem well maintained and the experience with the local manager was professional. My only negative experience has to do with the call center reps spamming 3x a day when making a reservation that I ended up not needing. One call would be sufficient to see if I needed anything.

Very clean unit, dry, no unwanted critters. Only one complaint – we were unable to move out of another unit by the end of a month. We moved out on the 4th of the month, and were charged for the entire month. Coming back to our other unit a few days later there was already a lock on our previous unit. So, they are “double dipping” keeping my payment plus renting to another customer. Should have a rebate for unused time.
