I’ve been with this facility for 6 years; began with a sole proprietor who sold it to what eventually became KO. The facility is nice and I’ve never had a problem until recently when they expanded and “upgraded” (and raised the rent). Their new security system had some initial problems which resulted in me having to make four 45 minute round trips to retrieve my items (they had sent the wrong access code and then, once that was clarified, they assured me that I could return with the new code but it still wasn’t working properly when I arrived). The saving grace here is that Tyler was terrific! Once contacted, he immediately drove two hours in order to find a way to retrieve my items and store them until I could return once again. He was kind, immediately responsive, and took care of things. Thank you, Tyler, for helping me resolve a frustrating situation! You were great.
