Upon receiving third notice of nonpayment + late charge I called & spoke with Customer Service Rep Nicolas who was very professional, courteous, patient, & understanding, expertly handling the situation. He saw where I had been on autopay & no apparent reason why that was removed, waived the late fee, accepted payment, & even helped apply for a discounted rate. I don’t remember EVER in my 66 years being more pleased with ANY customer service from ANY business or organization. Kudos to Nicolas, give that man a raise!

We had had torrential downpours throughout the day and I opened my newly rented unit to find that it was flooded and still currently had standing water in it. Because it was after hours I couldn’t reach anyone so i took it upon myself to find another unit of the same size in the same building that was dry and ready to be leased. I contacted the office the next morning to notify them of the situation and provide them with the unit number I had moved into instead. I spoke with Leo and she was a pleasure to work with. She updated my contract, ensure the online promotion was correctly applied to my future payments since it technically was no longer available and was just generally an all around sweet person who completely understood the situation and made me feel the extra paperwork was a hassle for her at all. She got me squared away quickly and ensured that I did not need to go to the facility to resolve a thing, nor was I forced to move out of the new unit. Overall a great customer service experience. Thank you Leo!!!
