This 5 Star review is only for Jen the individual person for her exceptional professionalism she exhibited toward me. I wanted to take a moment to write a review about a rare and stellar act of professionalism I experienced from Jen, a facility manager from KO Storage who helped me save my storage unit from being auctioned a few months back. Jen called me about 8 days before the auction date for the purposes of making sure I was aware of the date of auction and amount due along with trying to secure a payment. I told her the soonest I can make a payment would likely be on the day before or on the day of auction. Since the payment would take place too close to the auction date and, to ensure there were no foreseeable problems, Jen gave me her cell number and said she would make herself available very early on the day of auction to take my payment. Over the course of the week, she checked back with me several times to see if my circumstance had changed to where I could make a payment any earlier. I couldn’t. However on the day of auction and true to her word, Jen called me early that morning, she had her computer ready, reviewed my account, then she took my payment and made sure the storage unit was removed from the auction list. Jen is someone who understood the gravity of losing personal possessions and from the onset was committed to removing any chance of that happening. What’s noteworthy about Jen was that in light of all the things mentioned above, she never, not once was rude, mean or condescending. She treated me the whole time with such respect and dignity. Along with her kind and caring disposition toward me all of which compelled me to write this first ever in my lifetime online review. Jen is more than a  employee, more than a facility manager, she is the epitome of a leader with all the professional attributes…full stop. KO Storage is fortunate to have someone like Jen in their employ. Jen, thank you so much for being so decent toward me…for being such a good human being! “Thankful in Tomah”
