My rent went from 70 something all the way up to 129.90 a month… That was in aatter of 4 months or so. My gate code was also not working so had to call to find out what was going on… That’s crazy! But now I’m moving to the unit right next to mine for 55$ a month. The lady I talked with today is the the most polite and helpful out of anyone I have spoke with. Keep any eye on your rent amout.

I moved into the unit when it was owned by a previous company. The change over to KO Storage had some welcome upgrades in that payments could then be processed online instead of paying in person at the office. Another improvement was the locking of the entry to the building and the addition of the keypad lock ensuring more security. My primary reason for leaving was the drastic increase in the rental rate. It would be nice if someone swept the floors in the hallways occasionally, but the security and the environmental control is sufficient, and the door locks prevent unauthorized access.
