Kim Hackney is THE ABSOLUTE BEST! We have been at this storage place probably 18 years. And any time we needed anything, Kim was no more than a 2-minute response time. Gate trouble, Kim was on it. Needed another unit for our roommate, Kim had us covered. Didn't have the right code, Kim could work with us remotely to get us in. I even misplaced my lock once, and she was able to check the video camera footage to confirm that I left it on the roof of my car when I left the facility! And when we needed a place to park our RV camper, she made it happen! We love her!
