Red Fox built nice storage units in a great location with affordable pricing. They were always pleasant to work with. Haven’t been as impressed since KO has taken over, increased price by $20/mo. Have had multiple issues with front gate not working, once was on a weekend and was told that since it was the weekend they can’t have anyone come out until Monday. Hoping they take that extra money they are charging us each month to have the area black topped, gravel is in terrible condition with many pot holes. Hard to maneuver around them and very muddy in spring and after rain.
