Do I need insurance?
All personal property stored by occupant is stored at occupant’s sole risk. Occupant must provide their own insurance for protection against fire, theft, damage, and other perils.
The facility isn’t suitable for the storage of heirlooms or precious, invaluable or irreplaceable property for which no immediate resale market exists, objects which are claimed to have special or emotional value and records or receipts relating to the stored goods. The maximum liability of owner to occupant for any claim or suit by occupant is limited to $1,000 per rental agreement.
How do I discontinue my rental?
Per the contract, written notice of termination is required 30 days in advance of the planned move-out. You are welcome to call, email, or text your plans for move-out.
