Rented a large climate controlled unit on Pleasant View location in Ephrata. The office worked with me (initial contact was while in another state) very well. First I thought would move things in November, but that changed and moved a couple months later and they were helpful so all in order when I arrived. Nice folks, also provided a recommendation for related help and that company excellent. Everything worked as it should and I was pleased throughout my time renting with them. I recommend this company based on my experience. As an aside, most storage places charge for a disc lock as part of move in, and Ephrata Self Storage is the same, but the lock itself is of a better quality (Chateau). Anyway, thumbs up!
