I am so appreciate of Kellie S. today. I have never rented a storeage unit in the past. I purchased a unit online, decided to drive over to take a look at it before movers arrive. So grateful that I did. When I arrived at my unit it was a mess, pallets, broken glass on floor, lotss of dirt and debri. I had not anticipated this. I called the service number, Kellie answered. She listed off several units she could transfer me to. After a good amount of time we finally found one that worked. Kellie was awesome the entire time, patient, kind, and so helpful. The first thing she did was validate my concerns and apologize for the unit not being ready to rent out. She was patient as we tried other units until we found one in better condition. She followed through in switching me to the new unit while on the phone. She did ask for pictures of the initial unit I was to rent initially. Kellie expressed her apologies several times during our conversation. KO, please take note of Keelli S., a superstar in customer service . She went well above and beyond to help me and also to define what KO Storeage standards are. Thank you Kellie S.!!!!!!!!

Last winter I found my storage was broken into the locks were broken. I called the company and reported it and Jenn called me right back.not to long after she came out and had the lock repaired and a new lock put on it the next time I went out there I couldn’t get in with the new locks and I called Jenn and she told me what to do but I still couldn’t get it open so she comes right out and opened it right away and that happened another time right after that and again she came right out and helped me again Ive never had to wait on anything Jenn and I thank you

It’s more or less okay when it comes to security, size of storage units, insurance. But it’s a horrible rip-off when it comes to prices – ridiculously high! And they keep raising those whenever they want, as much as they want and without any smallest improvement of service, quality or even a basic explanation. Too bad that KO Storage has a monopoly in the City of Superior and people literally have almost no choice.
