This management company is a cut and dry online and phone only service designed to save money for the owners of the property it’s a great concept for investors in my experience not so great for the consumer you are left with two forms of payments either online payment great for tech savvy people or automated payment that can be set up by a 20 min hold for a task that takes 5 minutes on that phone call you will receive very scripted service with just enough regard to fix issues that are necessary. Otherwise you are left with a 20$ fee for an automated phone payment and yes I repeat an automated phone payments the same type of system used everywhere for free or a small fee of a 1$ or so. Also checks and money orders are not accepted mostly due to this being phone or online only for the consumer. As long as they fix the issue and my unit is safe I can live with this although it does leave me a bit disappointed of a having very limited human experience in the process of using this service. It’s not bad but it’s not great it gets the job done as long as you follow their system.
