The customer service over the phone was also exceptional and the agent was quickly able to resolve my issue. Update: The move out process was easy and seamless. I followed the instructions provided in the emailed welcome package and sent in my written notice with photos of my empty unit. I was contacted the next business day with confirmation. The phone rep was polite and professional and answered all of my questions about the lease termination. Would definitely rent again!
