I was able to move into my storage unit recently. The unit was clean and easily accessible. If you need access to anything they are readily available and they layout all the instructions in email form for you to reference whenever you need.

I was able to select a unit, reserve a unit, and move in all within a couple hours! There’s a lot on the lease/ contract, so it’s easy to miss information. I was initially told I’d need to pay for insurance at a monthly rate, which I was unaware of because I didn’t remember seeing it in the contract. I was later told I could send in my home owners insurance and sign a contract that I’m opting out of the insurance they provide. Once that was solved, everything else went well. There’s an additional $13 for a lock that’s not initially on the first month rent bill, but the lock is brand new and is in the unit for you. I called the office a couple times and people answered relatively quickly and were helpful! Units are pretty affordable and easily accessible to get to from the car.

I accessed my new unit on 5/17. The dampness and mustiness is a liability. I will need to store all of my things in plastic to prevent even my non-porous things from taking on the dampness smell. If I had known this prior to renting, I would have found another place. The communication was good but I’m not sure why there’s a $35 administrative fee on top of my rental fees. It wasn’t one of the less expensive places I looked at either.
